We are looking for an individual that has a passion for helping build and develop brands. The ideal applicant will be highly motivated and desire to build a career with our organization. This role will have extensive 8 weeks paid comprehensive training with our corporate trainers and managers. After training, this individual will be working with our Sales & Marketing Team helping our managers develop our client's brands.
Responsibilities
- Assist managers with creating, coordinating, and executing client's events.
- Assist managers with marketing & sales plans.
- Establishes rapport with clients, building loyalty, and long-term relationships.
- Meet revenue goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to marketing & sales staff; including coaching employees.
- Creates a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
- Attends weekly marketing & sales meeting with team.
- Assist managers with managing clients and marketing & sales team.
- Achieves financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses.
- Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience one of the following industries- (Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, Brand Development, Public Relations, Event Management, Management, or Hospitality.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in client/customer service environment/ marketing background
• Ability to effectively influence others
• Reliable transportation
